We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans/ denim and avoid shades of white.

We love your babies and kiddos and want you to enjoy Amelia Island as a family vacation to make memories. Our wedding, however, will not be a child friendly environment and we'd love to give you the opportunity to have a night off to celebrate. If you have children ages 6 and above, you can make a reservation with the Ritz-Kids program by reaching out to the hotel and requesting to speak with the concierge at (904) 277-1100. If you have babies or prefer a private sitter, please reach out to Andrea Wilson andrea@collinskormanevents.com for our planner's favorite and local recommendations.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

We have secured a limited number of greatly discounted rooms at the Ritz-Carlton for our wedding weekend. Being as it is Memorial Day weekend, the hotel will book quickly so we recommend you secure your room as possible. We can't wait to share this beautiful island with you!
